Jodie Morgan is the Chief Executive Officer at Nexus Circular. She brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, specialty chemicals and advanced recycling. Prior to joining Nexus Circular, she served as CEO of GreenMantra Technologies and president of Pinova, leading organizations focused on innovative and sustainable manufacturing solutions.

Over the course of her career, Jodie has led five companies as CEO or president, including three with a strong focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA in finance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Jeff Gold is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Nexus Circular. He brings more than 40 years of environmental and operational leadership experience focused on solving pressing global challenges, including plastic pollution and the remediation of hazardous chemicals. Since founding the company, he has led the development of its proprietary technology to its current commercial scale.

Before Nexus Circular, Jeff owned and operated an environmental remediation firm and a specialized equipment manufacturing company, where he designed and patented innovative systems for the safe handling of high-hazard chemicals and related materials. He holds a bachelor’s degree in natural resource management from Cornell University.

Clint Thompson is the Chief Commercial Officer at Nexus Circular. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the environmental and sustainability industries, with a career spanning recycling, waste management, cleantech and other emerging sectors. At Nexus Circular, Clint oversees feedstock sourcing and contracting, site selection, revenue generation and commercial partnerships.

Throughout his career, Clint has supported the development of more than 100 projects and led capital raises of up to $200 million for clean water, biomass, biofuel, solar, geothermal and agricultural initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Alabama.

Michael McCullar is the Chief Financial Officer at Nexus Circular. He oversees the company’s finance organization and helps guide growth as Nexus Circular scales its circular recycling technology and operations.

Michael brings experience across corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments, including six years in corporate development at Cox Enterprises and nearly a decade in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. Earlier in his career, Michael worked in private equity and public accounting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Tennessee, a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas and an MBA from Emory University.
